MERRY CHRISTMAS!!

We started Christmas day with my family coming over to our house to see what Santa brought the girls and for breakfast.  Matt woke up early to start cooking and thankfully Campbell didn’t realize it was Christmas day for about 15 minutes and snuggled with me in our bed.  She had to wait on everyone to get there so we started making calls about 7am.

Santa came!

He ate his cookies and even left a thank you note.

Campbell asked for 3 things this year and stayed tried & true to what she wanted: dollhouse, mickey mouse choo choo train and princess castle piano. Wow! Santa must have thought she was good to get all three. Thankfully, he also got her something she needed-a new monogrammed backpack for school!

Sara Gray’s favorite toy was some photo/musical keys she can teethe on.

That Daddy! Santa brought him a Cowboys jersey that can also be used as a blanket for Sara Gray.

After breakfast we cleaned up and headed to my parents house to swap gifts.

At Honey & Papa’s to open family gifts. Newton & Jamie got a new Santa that is holding a baby. This will be Jamie’s new place setting at Honey’s table.

Campbell tried to be patient while we took turns opening gifts…

Jamie let Sara Gray open her gift.

Santa came to Honey & Papa’s too!  He left something for Campbell that was too big to fit down the chimney…

She had to learn how to drive it—watch out Papa!

After 30 minutes she was cruising all over the yard in her new ride.

After lunch we napped, played with our new toys and just took it very easy.  After dinner, it was time to come home and unload the car then reload to get ready to leave for Birmingham in the morning. It was a very fun but relaxing day and I was so glad to not have places to go and people to see, not just yet anyway.

I hope you and your family had wonderful Christmas-we sure did!

That's so funny...mom and dad got Gray a gator to drive too! Those grandparents and their outragous generosity! Hopefully I'll see you soon at workouts...if I can get my poor baby girl well!
