“H” stands for HAT

Each week, Campbell has a letter at school that she is learning.  It’s always fun to hear her describing her letter, how to draw it, what it sounds like and of course words that start with it.  Sometimes when we are at Honey & Papa’s for our weekly family dinners, Campbell is the teacher and she goes around the room making us all say a word that starts with her letter.

This week, the letter is “H”.  “haah, haah, haah…as in haahspital, haand and horse.”  Mrs Missy asked the kids to wear hats to school in honor of the Letter H today. Campbell was a little fussy about wearing a hat-why, I’m not sure. But she had the perfect hat to wear with all this cold weather we are having!

This is her sock monkey hat,named George (as in Curious George).  She has had the hat since she was a baby and finally has grown into it.  Here she is wearing her hat, getting ready for Daddy to take her to school.
