Our dear friend, Adam Drinkwater, is our District 6 County Commissioner and up for election. He is in a run-off for the Republican nomination. Several friends hosted an ice cream social in our neighborhood park to show our support for Adam and help him get the word out. Campbell didn't think too much about the ice cream or lemonade but of course LOVED the balloons! I guess this was her first political event. Here are some pictures from our local newspaper:
